The fabric looks to be a middle weight synthetic with a pretty sheen! A plethora of white posies with green centers are strewn across a red background. The bodice has a round neck edged in self piping. The piping also trims the contour empire waistline. Short puff sleeves end in cased elastic. Dress is quite fitted and snug to the waist, where it flares out a
