40's Black Felt Tilt Hat with Lime Green Ostrich Feathers by Mccreery, New York Creations 70s leather heels I purchased this for a1940's black felt tilt hat with the back wired circular placement band. The small base has indented sides much like a cushion hat. The crown is covered with 2 large vintage lime green ostrich feathers. They are tucked inside a slit which originally held some very worn feathers. The feathers are not permanently attached so they can be arranged or replaced. They are secure however.
