Even though it's mimicking an Alsatian style blend, this wine is uniquely Oregon. Made from vines planted in 1985, on ancient Marine Sediment, which impart an intense minerality to a wine with a lot of lovely texture. The wine gets its luscious texture from barrel fermentation and full malolactic conversion, while a gentle extraction preserves its lovely fruit and aromatic
