Cinsault is showing great promise in the vineyard for our conditions in McLaren Vale. It has shown to be a late ripening variety with large berries and lighter skins. We are very excited by this wine which stylistically lies between a heavy rose and light red. We picked this at 11. 5 Be so have ended up with a red wine lighter in alcohol (11. 4%) but importantly still packed
