Wild's Gully Sauvignon Blanc barsac-valley Very silky with decent lengthOur Sauvignon blanc grapes are harvested from the Alpine Valley in the cool of the night to preserve the delicate fruit aromas and flavours. Bursting with rich fruit notes of passionfruit, gooseberry and citrus balanced with crisp acidity. The fruit was gently crushed and pressed in to refrigerated stainless steel tanks.
