Their Grillo (a Sicilian white grape, known for it's fuller body and floral, herbaceous aroma), is a perfectly executed skin contact wine with layers of tangy citrus, white florals and a touch of nuttiness and oxidised apple. It's fun, a little funky and extremely drinkable.
