The flowy silk has an intricate jacquard weave with subtle fish, shells, and octopus within (so cool, can only see it in certain light!). Extra forgiving and dramatic silhouette cinches at the waist with a long wide sash tie, and drapes at the shoulder with delicate gathering. Very 1940s inspired but with 1980s dramatic effect.
