Declassified to Vin de France, Cerise blends Syrah with Cabernet Sauvignon into an easygoing, fruit forward red that doesn't take itself too seriously. The name says it all: think bright cherry and red berries, a little pepper and a soft, supple frame with gentle tannins. It's the kind of red you can chill down slightly and pour without ceremony.
