The wide red border has finished edges and stripe with print saying "Good dog, roll over, bow wow" etc. Made in Korea, circa 1990s 00s. 20" wide x 20" long Polyester, featherweight chiffon Great condition, one minor run in the fabric (see pic), otherwise no notable flaws
