The Rojo Vermouth begins with a base of local Malbec which is combined with wine brandy, grape must, botanicals from around Argentina and wild herbs gathered in the foothills of the Andes. Floral on the nose, with earthy and spicy notes of mace, juniper, and star anise. The finish brings green tea and spiced fruit.
