The nose is intense, showing ripe black fruit and vanilla, layered with spice and toasted oak. On the palate, it is balanced and persistent, with excellent length and retronasal expression. Shows positive evolution in the glass and strong potential for aging. Ideal with roasted meats, traditional stews, Iberian ham, and aged cheeses. Serve at 17C.
