Tolpuddle Chardonnay 2018 Varietal_Nero d'Avola This year’s wine is drawnThe 2018 vintage is true to the Tolpuddle Vineyard Chardonnay style: precise and fine with firm acidity, and a combination of intensity of flavour a lightness of texture. The Tolpuddle Chardonnay 2018 has the expected natural acidity but is approachable, with flavour in the lemon citrus, lemon soda, lemon pith, spectrum. The grapes were all hand picked, whole bunch pressed, and fermented in French oak. The wine spent nine months in barrel with gentle
